Founded by my father, Fidel Bastida, Loop Chicago began with a commitment to dependable transportation and attentive service. Today, I carry that commitment forward, building lasting client relationships through professionalism, discretion, and care.
I am Estefany Garner, owner and operator since 2003. I began working alongside my father at age 16, processing client charges and learning the business firsthand. In 2002, at age 21, I began driving professionally. That experience shaped my understanding of the preparation, communication, and attention to detail that make every journey comfortable and well coordinated.
My work extends beyond arranging a vehicle. I personally oversee travel coordination, communicate with clients and their assistants, monitor flight updates, and help manage changing itineraries. From airport transfers to corporate travel and private events, every reservation receives thoughtful attention.
